Conceived by Frénésie, The Open Table brought together content creators, gastronomy, and the art of the table in a dynamic Italian experience, created in collaboration with Alice Moireau and Val Raffali.
Some tables are hard to join. And then there are those that open up, move around, rearrange themselves, catch the eye, and spark conversation.
The Open Table unfolded as an evolving luncheon, a contemporary celebration of Italian-style fine dining: a moment when the cuisine, artistic direction, service, and interactions no longer served merely as a backdrop, but came together in a true choreography.
Conceived as a living table, the event welcomed content creators who took their seats one after another in a fluid, almost instinctive sequence. Every plate, every detail, every conversation reinforced the project’s central idea: to set the table as one might set the stage for a moment, a story, or an invitation.
